SHINE article in last ever edition of CILIP Library and Information Gazette
In case you were not aware the CILIP Gazette publication is to cease publication. The December 2010 edition will be the last ever publication. It is my understanding that CILIP Update magazine and the Gazette will merge editorially. However I do not know all the details.
What is exciting is that SHINE will be featured in this last edition. An article about change projects in SHINE - namely the website redevelopment.
The article will feature the highs and lows of managing the project, what we learned about SHINE as an organisation and why we need as an organisation to change and adapt to suit our current users needs and how can we encourage new members?
I want to thank Tracey McKee, Suzanne Wilson and Alison Bogle for authoring the article. And it goes without saying for their help in managing the project.
Look out for it and I will certainly post more news on publication.
