Recent Enquiries about the Union List Database Maintenance Link
The Union List have had a couple of enquiries lately about the database maintenance link (the page for updating your holdings, libraries and contacts). The link to the database maintenance page is accessible via a different route since the launch of the new website.
Many people may not have noticed that there are 2 links to the union list database from the Shine homepage. You have probably noticed the 'Members' link within the 'Union List of Periodicals' panel - there is also a 'Union List Database' link, which is underneath the 'Union List of Periodicals link'.
Click the 'Union List Database' link. You will find more Union List Database options here, including the link for 'database maintenance'. You will need the username and password to access the page. Contact the union list working group for further details (there is an online form at the bottom of the 'Union List Database' page.
