Important message to users of the Shine union list
Important information in regard to copyright regulations.
In order to comply with the terms of Fair Dealing under the Copyright Act, ALL requests via the Shine Union List must now be accompanied by payment in Shine numbers.
Participant libraries accept one Shine number as payment. Provider libraries require 2 shine numbers.
Numbers may be ordered at a cost of £58 for a batch of 50 from the union list administrator Dr Michael Wells m.wells0@talk21.com
Used numbers can be recouped - instructions about the numbering system are available on the Shine website within the 'Our Work' section - http://www.shinelib.org.uk/our_work/union_list_database/help_guides
